We use premium exported zirconium powder, carefully blended with various colored powders, then pressed, shaped, and pre-sintered to produce zirconia blanks. This process effectively addresses issues such as uneven color distribution, spots, and significant color discrepancies between the front and back of the material.

Sintering Temperature: 1530°C
Shades Available: STA1, STA2, STA3, STB1, STB2
Density (After Sintering): 6.05±0.05g/cm³
Bending Strength (After Sintering): >900MPa

Sintering Curve:

• Room temperature → Heating at 10°C/min to 900°C (hold for 30 minutes)
• Then heating at 3.5°C/min to 1530°C (hold for 2 hours)
• Then cooling at 12°C/min to 800°C
• Finally, follow the furnace cooling process to room temperature
